Privacy Policy
In short
The tools run entirely in your browser. We do not collect what you type, set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising. The only personal data we ever handle is what any website’s hosting needs to deliver a page, and the email you send us if you choose to write.
Who is responsible
itbench.tools (the site) is operated by HighLevel Codes (we), the controller of the personal data described here under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018). Contact: contact@itbench.tools.
What we do not collect
- What you type into a tool — addresses, notes, screen sizes and everything else. It is processed only on your device.
- Accounts — there are none, so no names, emails or passwords.
- Cookies — the site sets none.
- Analytics and advertising data — we currently use no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
What stays on your device
Two preferences are kept in your browser’s local storage: it-tools:theme (light, dark or system) and it-tools:locale (your language). They never leave your browser, and clearing the site’s data removes them.
Designs you create live in the page address, after the #. Browsers do not send that part of an address to servers.
Technical data needed to deliver the site
The site is hosted on Google Cloud (Cloud Storage, Cloud CDN and Cloud Load Balancing). To deliver a page, your browser’s request has to reach Google’s servers, which process your IP address, the address requested, the time and your browser’s user agent, and may keep them in technical logs for security and operations.
We use this data only to keep the site running and secure, never to identify you or build a profile. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a working, secure website (LGPD, art. 7, IX).
When you write to us
If you email contact@itbench.tools, we receive your address and your message and use them only to reply and handle your request. We keep the conversation only as long as needed for that, and delete it sooner if you ask.
International transfers
Google may process data in data centres outside Brazil. Those transfers rely on the safeguards Google provides as a cloud provider, as permitted by article 33 of the LGPD.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone, apart from Google as our hosting provider and our email provider for messages you send us, unless the law requires it.
Your rights
Under article 18 of the LGPD you may ask us to confirm whether we process your data; to access, correct, anonymize, block or delete it; for portability; for information about who it is shared with; and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Write to contact@itbench.tools.
You may also complain to Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Children
The site is not directed at children and collects no data about them.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add analytics, advertising or anything else that changes what is processed, we will update this policy before it takes effect, and ask for consent where the law requires it. The date at the top shows the current version.
